The first exercise is the same one used in the IXDA10 workshop, Predictable Magic: Designing Emotional Interactions and Business Results, in which we examined the current offerings of re-usable water bottles to find the opportunity zone for a re-usable water bottle that could inspire people to do the right thing, for their health and for the planet.
